Sonder & Kin will happily refund or process an exchange or store credit for eligible full price items only.
Products not eligible for return include all items under the sale, jewellery, beauty and little one's accessories category.
Eligible products must be/or have
- All original tags attached
- All original packaging
Please note clearance sale items are not eligible to be returned.
A refund of full priced items will be accepted up to 14 days from receiving your item. Items received outside this period may not be accepted.
We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return within the timeframe
You must lodge your return or exchange via email (email@example.com) for authorisation before proceeding. We will provide a return address at this stage.
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless deemed faulty. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. This includes domestic and international shipping.
Once we receive the returned order it will undergo a quality review. If cleared, we can continue with the returns process requested. Please allow 5 working days for your returns to be processed but don’t worry we will keep you informed every step of the way.
Please note if you use Afterpay in your initial transaction we are charged a 6% + 30c non-refundable fee. If you request a refund this amount will be deducted from the refund amount. Afterpay is only available for orders shipped within Australia.
